I have concerns about my cannabis order.

My customers don't like this product. Can I return it?

We’re sorry, but all orders from are final sale with very few exceptions, such as product recalls, or damaged or tampered items. We suggest choosing a different product next time – we have hundreds of products from Licensed Producers across the country for you to choose from.

I think my order was tampered with. What do I do?

If you receive product with open packaging or other signs of tampering, we want to know. Snap a photo and send it to us at – a Customer Service Representative will open a ticket for you and work to resolve the problem.

The product I ordered was stale or rotten. What do I do?
